So Whats Penguinfoot doing now-a-days ?? [updated as of 28-05-08]

Well as for penguinfoot he is still with ruby ... and started to take down on rails also ...
he is now interested in ruby all of a sudden .. now that's not a surprise !! ... as anyone would love ruby once they start to know it. and as of the updates provided by penguinfoot ...
he is looking forward to put up some good posts on grub,
some on customizing ubuntu and a lot regarding ruby ...
actually he is kinda busy with his industrial training and has a nice mentor who wants him to work out on the quite a bit appreciating project .. the project is a bit confidential and cant be disclosed .. and i say its a breakthrough for me !!...
anywayz .. some of the sites which are cool and can be used for quite a bit of ubuntu purpose :

Linus torvalds ... as u all might know ... he is the one who wrote the kernel for Linux from Minix ... he did it as a hobby ... and now , he is the inspiration for a billion !! he is a strong supporter of open source and released the license or Linux under GPL (GNU Public License) .
Richard M Stallman , the man behind the Free Software Foundation, FSF and the mastermind behind the GNU project !!! ... he had the saying 'Free as in Freedom and not in Free Beer' . he wanted to create choice for mankind (here its computer profeciency society) !! .
Eric S Raymond authour of 'The Cathedral and the Bazzar' (CatB) and the founder of Open Source Initiative also called as OSI. His book was a revolution and His thought transformed us .

Lets say 'Three Cheers' for the heroes who made it possible for the open source development , if not would have been a bitter place.

Hello to everyone . . .
For all who doesnt know me .... i am Karthik Parvathaneni doing my B.Tech C.S.E in VIT,Vellore INDIA ...
well i shall start of by saying that i am a Critic .... i compare things and evaluate them ...
might it be a song im listening or the player which is playing the song ... the discussion is about the quality and its efficiency !!! ... im a computer freak and one of the (millions of) greatest admirers of Open Source !!! ... I even had a chance to present a discussion on 'Open Source Exchange:Your Passion towards Open Source' during the Sun Tech Days 2008 !!
well first of all ive started liking computer through games ... i play a lot ... when i was asked to make a choice about my degree of graduation , i took C.S ... i had a strong desire to develop games ... then i said ... chalo ... let me start with the roots of a game ... which are its graphics ...
but as a matter of fact .. i dint understand a bit of OpenGL the first time i saw it ...
before Gaming also ... i had a passion towards programming languages and i enjoy writing cool scripts !! :) . i love C , C++ .. i still feel C++ is the strongest of all ... just a feeling!!
C++ was a makeover to my programing intentions ... it brought me the light of my inner dreams .. well im 19 and im a pretty confused boy !! i say once that i shall design nice web pages and the next second i think phython should be given importance ... but then again there is my desire of designing an awesome game ... :p (not NFS MW) !! im in the middle of something . but i can promise that i shall accomplish all of the above ... i just need orientation ...besides computers , i listen a lot of music ... it tugs me to wake up and work ... gives me the hope that one day i shall succeed .!
